David Bryan, Chairman of the Board
David Bryan oversees all day-to-day company operations. David is a recognized thought leader in the area of P2PSIP and is co-chair of the IETF P2PSIP Working Group. He has published numerous IETF drafts, industry trade articles, and academic papers on the subject and is active in the SIP community. Prior to founding SIPeerior, David was co-founder and CTO of Jasomi Networks, a pioneer in the SIP Session Border Controller (SBC) market, which was sold to Ditech Communications in 2005. David previously worked for Cisco Systems via its acquisition of Vovida Networks, where he led a team of developers creating the first open-source softswitch. David holds bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Physics from Richard Stockton College in NJ, as well as a master's degree in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary.
Matt Collier, Director
Matt Collier is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at LifeSize Communications with a background that includes extensive experience in the telecommunications and high-tech industries. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for Voice Application Services at Level 3 Communications, Inc. Prior to joining Level 3, Matt was founder and CEO of Telverse Communications, Inc., which offered the first nationally available IP Centrex service. Telverse was acquired by Level 3 in July 2003. Before founding Telverse, Matt was Vice President of Business Development and OEM Alliances at Polycom. In late 1997, Polycom acquired ViaVideo Communications, Inc., where Matt was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. Matt holds a B.A. from the University of Memphis, Tennessee.
Dexter Klock, Director
Dr. Dexter Klock has more than 20 years experience with technology companies in a variety of leadership roles. Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of CareData Trak, a software start-up company providing innovative solutions for patient self-directed care for the elderly population. Previous to his work in healthcare Dr. Klock was the engineering manager at BP Solar overseeing installation and ramp-up of a state of the art solar panel manufacturing facility. Prior to BP Solar, Dexter was the lead mechanical engineer overseeing the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of two high resolution spectrometers at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, a world renowned nuclear physics research facility. Dexter also has an extensive background in real estate investment through his involvement with several well known Class A office buildings and hotels in the Central Business District of Washington, DC. Dexter holds a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven in CT, as well as both a master's and doctorate of science in engineering management from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Douglas Wadkins, Director
Douglas has more than 20 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions and leading high technology teams. Currently the CTO of Edgewater Networks Douglas has been instrumental in founding and assisting a number of start up technology companies and is an active angle investor. He was part of the founding management team of Vovida Networks, a provider of call control software for IP networks, acquired by Cisco Systems (CSCO), a Director at Caneum (CANM) an information technology outsourcing firm, a Director of the International Packet Communication Consortium, and an Advisor to PingTel. He joined Edgewater from Cisco Systems where he held a number of positions including Corporate Business Development and engineering and marketing roles in the voice technology area. Prior to Vovida and Cisco Systems Douglas was with Aspect Communications and Nortel Networks, where he focused on leading technical teams responsible for the company's information technology infrastructure and leading the Enterprise Networks Software Business Unit. Prior to Nortel Networks Douglas served with the United States Navy Submarine Command as an Operations Officer. He holds multiple degrees in engineering.
