David BryanDavid Bryan oversees all day-to-day company operations. David is a recognized thought leader in the area of P2PSIP and is co-chair of the IETF P2PSIP Working Group. He has published numerous IETF drafts, industry trade articles, and academic papers on the subject and is active in the SIP community. Prior to founding SIPeerior, David was co-founder and CTO of Jasomi Networks, a pioneer in the SIP Session Border Controller (SBC) market, which was sold to Ditech Communications in 2005. David previously worked for Cisco Systems via its acquisition of Vovida Networks, where he led a team of developers creating the first open-source softswitch. David holds bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Physics from The Richard Stockton College of NJ, as well as a master's degree in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary. |

Jim DeverickJim Deverick leads the company's efforts on software optimization for embedded devices, media translation and UA development. He joined SIPeerior from the College of William and Mary where he spent six years as a Systems Administrator. Before that, he developed software at MAXIMUS for smart card technology development tools in a Windows GUI environment. He also worked at GTE (now Verizon) developing a customer portal for integrated services management. Jim received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Music at Denison University and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary. He is a charter member of the League of Professional System Administrators, and a member of both The System Administrators Guild and USENIX. |

Dr. Bruce LowekampDr. Bruce Lowekamp manages SIPeerior's engineering activities. As an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at The College of William and Mary, he has published numerous articles on topics such as performance monitoring, peer-to-peer communications, adaptive applications, virtual machines for distributed computing, and simulation of ad hoc mobile networks. Active with standards bodies, Bruce is a former co-chair of the Global Grid Forum's Network Measurements working group and a contributor to the IETF. He has also worked on numerical stability analysis software at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Bruce received his B.S. from Virginia Tech and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Dr. Marcia ZangrilliDr. Marcia Zangrilli heads up P2P development for SIPeerior, including the core P2PSIP software and implementation of P2P using Distributed Hash Table methodology. Previously, she worked as an engineer at Google doing advanced performance analysis. Prior to that, she was at Vertex as an operating systems specialist. She has also published papers on network measurement and grid computing. Marcia holds a B.S. degree from Moravian College, as well as M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary. |
