SIPeerior Appoints Tom O'Connor Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Start-up communications veteran to leverage experience launching new technologies
Williamsburg, VA, May 10, 2007 - SIPeerior Technologies, the leading provider of OEM software for server-less communications, has announced that Tom O'Connor has joined the company in the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Tom has spent most of his career creating and executing on sales strategies designed to leverage new technologies in the communications industry. He joins SIPeerior from Level 3 Communications, where he served in a variety of sales and business development leadership roles. Prior to Level 3, he was at hosted-VoIP provider Telverse Communications, where he led all revenue generating activities from its inception through its eventual acquisition by Level 3. He served as Director of OEM Alliances at Polycom, where he was instrumental in the successful launch of its network access products. Also at Polycom, he was responsible for Direct and Channel Sales teams that generated industry-leading market share in the audio and videoconferencing markets.
He also has extensive VAR channel experience from his time at 2CONFER, later acquired by WireOne Technologies. Tom holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
